Had a very bad experience with this company - they called, and called, and called, seemingly unconcerned about MY schedule, since it's MY car !!! Don't think I'll be doing business with them in the future !!!

Great experience with this company. Customer service was very professional. They took all the hassle and worry out of my hands and did an excelent job on my vehicle.I would, and have recommended them to all of my family and friends.

1st Install was pretty shoddy, screw holding molding found laying on inside of driver floor board. Top molding on windshield blew off on the 3rd day. Called to complain and someoene was here within 2 hrs on a Holiday weekend Saturday and fixed the problem. Not sure how fast that would have happened if the insurance had already paid, but they did get here quickly and fix the problem.

Employee Thomas was very pushy on my coming in at a time that would work for him and would not stop staring at my chest the entire conversation. I think the company needs to evaluate a few employees because customer service is more important then quality sometimes. If you are scared of a worker you will not be back to a business.

BR Autoglass has done two of our vehicles and I am very pleased.
